Pioneer Institute Senior Fellow for Government Effectiveness Gary Blank kicked off the event with an opening presentation on a new report.
A government panel featured Sen. Barry Finegold; Rep. Francisco E. Paulino; and Thomas Myers, General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security, moderated by State House News Service Reporter Sam Drysdale.

Chris Hope, Minister and Technologist at The Hope Group; Steven Rothstein, Chief Program Officer at Ceres, Inc.; and Dr. Allan Glass, Associate Professor at Endicott College’s Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business, moderated by GBH News State House Reporter Katie Lannan.
