Job description:

The Deputy General Counsel and Clerk of the Commission will assist with and/or conduct investigations; assist with or potentially conduct certain hearings; serve as the Commission’s Records Access Officer; conduct legal research; prepare and/or review proposed decisions for Full Commission disposition; serve as a resource to external parties by assisting them with all aspects of compliance with Commission rules, procedural orders, and protocols necessary for the pursuit of appeals and preparation for evidentiary hearings; manage the video-conferencing and digital recording system used for certain hearings; help manage the agency’s website; prepare Commission members for bi-weekly Executive Sessions; maintain Commission statistics; and assist with other mission-critical projects such as helping to prepare or update operational manuals.
